  • 20 women-led Collection Centres established; solar-powered Karanj decorticator and oil-processing units installed
  • Cumulative turnover of ₹98.79 lakh, net income of ₹17.63 lakh
  • Produced 15.1 MT Karanj oil; sold 30 MT deshelled seed; over 60 MT Karanj seed processed
  • ₹14–14.4 lakh credit linkage facilitated; 723 stakeholders trained
  • Collector incomes rose 200–500%
  • 13.69 tonnes CO₂ averted through solar-powered processing

Objectives

  • Strengthen women's economic empowerment through livelihood enterprises and collection centres

  • Enhance nutrition awareness and service access for women and vulnerable households

Impact

  • Established 20 women-led collection centres, with 17 functioning successfully as rural enterprises
  • Supported 111 women entrepreneurs through enterprise financing
  • Mobilized over ₹46 lakh through SHGs, VOs, and Rang De loans
  • Reached more than 750 women through gender sensitization and legal awareness sessions
  • Conducted nutrition awareness programmes for over 1,100 women
  • Strengthened women's participation in household and community decision-making
  • Enabled fair market access for farmers and NTFP collectors by reducing middlemen dependence
  • Contributed to preventing child marriage and increasing awareness on gender-based violence and women's rights
